Introduction

Solidarity economy aims at a different way of living the economy. It places people at the center of its concerns and actions. For this reason, our Constitutions make it clear that the economy of solidarity has its foundation in the mystery of the economy of the Trinity, that is, in the Trinity that unfolds historically for us in the providential work of our salvation, and in the Incarnation of Jesus, "who from being rich became poor and took on the human condition in all things" (Phil. 2:7), as well as in the example of the first Christian communities in which "they had all things in common among themselves and broke bread with gladness and simplicity of heart" (Acts 2:44 & 46).

Reflection:

When it is said that the first Christians had everything in common and that some, in sacrifice, offered their goods in favor of the needy, it is not simply a matter of giving everything, but an illustration of the power of love, of spontaneous solidarity, of acceptance and fraternal gratitude, because living in communion implies daily sharing. In other words: communion in Christ and among the members is never purely spiritual in the metaphysical sense, but an incarnated spirituality that engages life in all its dimensions.

However, our commitment to life, communion, and service requires:

- a way of being in order not to be or become an institutional activism.

- an encounter with Jesus Christ, the God of solidarity (the multiplication of the loaves).

Service, sharing and solidarity are born and draw strength from this encounter with Jesus Christ and his Church. The center of this community life and the source of its permanent renewal is the worship of God in the broadest sense of the term, that is, beyond our traditions.

It is in freedom, joy and the power of the Holy Spirit that communion is formed. Communion in which no one can be excluded, because the gift of life is distributed without measure. For this reason, it is not enough to limit oneself to the charitable service of helping those in need. It is necessary and indispensable that this help, given out of love for our neighbor in need, should lead us to commit ourselves to the struggle for a more just, solidarity and, human life.

 In the same way, Pope Francis challenges us with these words: "I know that you are capable of listening with your hearts to the ever more anguished cries of the earth and its poor who ask for help and responsibility, that is, someone who "responds" and does not turn their back." .... "Please do not let others be the protagonists of change: it is you who hold the future! I ask you to be builders of the world, to involve yourselves in working for a better world." (Pope Francis)

In the same spirit of the first Christian communities, our first sisters, who lived with Emilie, expressed their daily experience in the Memoirs affirming, "Among us there was no ambition, no jealousy, no desire for the first places, no pretenses. Holy poverty and charity so loved by our Good Mother were our glory and our adornment" (Memoirs, 258)

Réflexion sur le thème :

Nous croyons que Dieu a un rêve pour chaque personne. Un rêve qui donne un sens à la vie, un don unique qui rend la personne heureuse lorsqu'il est réalisé, lorsqu'il est mis au service de l'humanité, lorsque son amour est recréé en Dieu.

Nous faisons nôtre ce rêve, en tant qu'apprentis disciples de Jésus. Ce rêve n'est jamais individuel, il nécessite une ouverture aux autres, à la communauté, pour favoriser les opportunités et les moyens de mieux discerner le projet de vie.

​

Le témoignage de chaque génération est très important et significatif pour les générations qui suivent. Chaque fois que nous nous réenchantons avec notre vocation, nous sommes un point de référence pour que ceux qui viennent après nous soient encouragés à découvrir leur don unique et à le vivre avec passion, réalisant ainsi le rêve de Dieu.

Parole biblique :  "Avant de te former dans le ventre de ta mère, je t'ai connu, et avant que tu naisses, je t'ai consacré ; je t'ai établi  comme prophète des nations." (Jérémie 1:5)

" Mon âme glorifie le Seigneur, mon esprit se réjouit en Dieu, mon sauveur... il a pris Israël, son serviteur, par la main, se souvenant de sa miséricorde, comme il l'avait promis à nos ancêtres... " (Luc 1, 47, 54, 55).

Temps de l'intériorisation :

• Ouvrons-nous nos maisons pour accompagner les différentes formes d'appartenance à notre famille charismatique : que ce soit comme sœurs, laïcs, frères, volontaires, amis, etc., nous ouvrant ainsi à la réalisation du rêve de Dieu manifesté dans la variété des dons et des vocations ?

• Avons-nous opté pour les jeunes dans notre mission charismatique, sachant qu'en eux le rêve de Dieu se manifeste avec fraîcheur et avec des horizons d'avenir ?

Partage :

Nous entamons une conversation de cœur à cœur avec la communauté, nous pouvons partager nos dons : spirituels, intellectuels, de créativité, nos choix charismatiques...

Où avons-nous perçu que Jésus marche avec nous... que son rêve du Royaume se consolide en nous chaque jour.

Conclusion :

Être chrétien ne consiste pas seulement à appartenir à une église ou à être une bonne personne. Il s'agit plutôt de suivre les traces de Jésus en prenant son évangile au sérieux et en laissant l'esprit prendre les rênes de nos vies, contribuant ainsi à transformer le cauchemar que vit notre  dans le rêve de Dieu. Marie Immaculée a incarné, pour ainsi dire, le rêve de Dieu en elle-même, la passion pour le Royaume du Fils et le feu de la tendresse pour l'humanité de l'Esprit et nous invite à rêver avec elle l'accomplissement des promesses de Dieu pour les pauvres et les petits, les favoris du Royaume de Dieu.
